The App is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob in most regions and Yandex Ads in certain regions, selected based on your country. Advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and related device information to deliver and measure ads.
The App does not use browser cookies in the traditional sense, but it and our partners use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, software development kits (SDKs), local storage, and similar technologies to operate features, remember settings, deliver ads, and analyze usage. You can manage advertising identifiers through your device settings as described in Section 7.
We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States and other jurisdictions that may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, where applicable.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App’s AI features are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@katyaapps.com and we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account. We do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to children.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
The App may contain links to, or integrate, third-party services (such as social platforms you add to your profile, or links opened in your browser). This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use. We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

Our AI features let you create and edit wallpapers from a text prompt and, optionally, from an image you provide (for example, photo editing or virtual try-on). To do this, your prompt and any image you submit are sent to trusted third-party providers for processing, and the result is returned to your device.
When you use an AI feature, your content is shared only with the providers below, and only for the purpose described:

Each provider processes your content under its own privacy policy:
AI output is produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not unique. You are responsible for how you use what you create and for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload. Do not use the AI features to create unlawful content, to imitate a real person, or to infringe anyone’s rights. Prohibited content is screened and blocked, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for any sexual content involving minors.
Submitted prompts and images are transient and are not retained by us after processing. Your device identifier and credit balance are retained while the app is installed so the feature can function. Aggregate usage data is anonymized.
Content is transmitted to the providers over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), using secured API authentication and rate limiting. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
The AI features are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used these features, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this AI Privacy Policy. When we make a material change, we increase the policy version and ask you to review and accept the updated policy in the app before you can continue using the AI features. The current version is shown at the top of this part.
